Shipping & Returns Policy
1. Delivery information
Standard UK delivery is available for stocked items. Delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where available.
We aim to dispatch stocked items as soon as reasonably possible after your order has been accepted and payment has been received. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on stock availability, courier service, destination, order size and other circumstances outside our control.
Larger, fragile, hazardous, high-value or specialist components may require separate fulfilment confirmation. In some cases, we may contact you after your order is placed to confirm delivery arrangements, courier requirements, additional charges, restrictions or lead times before dispatch.
Some parts may be special-order, bespoke, customer-specific, made-to-order, sourced from a supplier, or subject to manufacturer availability. If this applies, we will aim to make this clear before or shortly after your order is accepted.
2. Delivery addresses and failed deliveries
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information when placing your order. This includes your name, delivery address, postcode, contact number and any delivery instructions required by the courier.
If a parcel is refused, not collected, cannot be delivered, or is returned to us because incorrect or incomplete delivery information was provided, we may deduct from any refund the reasonable costs we incur, unless the return is due to our error or the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed.
3. Delivery damage, missing items or incorrect items
Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, is missing from your order, or you believe we have supplied the wrong item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at parts@morgan-motor.com.
Please include:
- your order number or invoice number;
- a description of the issue;
- photographs of the item, packaging and any damage where relevant;
- your vehicle details, where relevant, including model, year, VIN, registration and any other fitment information.
Please keep the item, packaging, labels and delivery documents until we have advised you what to do next.
4. Change-of-mind returns
If you are a consumer buying online, you may cancel most orders within 14 days after the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason.
If your order is delivered in separate parcels, the cancellation period will usually run from the day after you receive the final parcel in that order.
To cancel your order, you must notify us within the 14-day cancellation period by contacting us at parts@morgan-motor.com. Please include your order number, invoice number, name, address and details of the item you wish to return.
After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you must return the goods to us within 14 days.
5. Condition of returned goods
Returned goods must be sent back with reasonable care and, where possible, in their original packaging with all labels, manuals, fixings, accessories, seals and protective materials included.
You may inspect goods in the same way you would reasonably inspect them in a shop. However, if the value of the goods has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them, we may reduce the refund to reflect that loss in value.
Goods must not be fitted, installed, used, modified, damaged, marked, painted, coded, programmed, contaminated or altered unless you are returning them because they are faulty or because we supplied the wrong item.
Fitted components are not normally eligible for change-of-mind returns.
6. Items excluded from change-of-mind returns
Some items cannot usually be returned for change of mind. This includes:
- goods made to your specification;
- personalised, bespoke or specially ordered items;
- items that have been modified, painted, trimmed, coded, programmed or cut to size;
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health, hygiene or safety reasons once unsealed;
- hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases;
- perishable goods;
- electrical or electronic parts that have been fitted, connected, coded or programmed;
- parts that have been installed, used, damaged, marked, contaminated or altered after delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, misdescribed or not fit for purpose.
7. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, misdescribed or not fit for purpose, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at heritageparts@morgan-motor.co.uk
- your order number or invoice number;
- a description of the issue;
- photographs of the item, packaging and any damage where relevant;
- your vehicle details, where relevant, including model, year, VIN, registration and any other fitment information.
Where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, misdescribed or not fit for purpose, we will deal with the matter in accordance with your statutory rights. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement, exchange, refund or partial refund.
Please do not fit, install, modify or continue using a part if you believe it may be faulty, incorrect or unsuitable. If you continue to use, fit or alter the item after discovering a problem, this may affect the remedy available if the use or alteration causes further damage or reduces the value of the goods.
8. Vehicle fitment and compatibility
It is your responsibility to check that a part is suitable for your vehicle before ordering and before fitting.
Vehicle compatibility can depend on the model, year, VIN, registration, engine, trim, market specification, production date, previous repairs and modifications.
Any compatibility information provided on our website is for guidance only unless we have expressly confirmed in writing that a specific part is suitable for your specific vehicle.
If we supply an incorrect part due to our error, we will resolve this in accordance with your statutory rights.
If an incorrect part is ordered because of customer selection, customer-supplied information, incorrect vehicle details, or failure to check compatibility, the return will be treated as a change-of-mind return where eligible.
9. Special-order, bespoke and non-stock parts
Some Morgan Parts items may be ordered specially, manufactured, sourced, modified or configured specifically for your order.
Special-order, bespoke, personalised, modified, painted, coded, programmed or customer-specific parts cannot usually be cancelled or returned for change of mind once the order has been accepted or processing has begun.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, misdescribed or not fit for purpose.
10. Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we agree otherwise.
Where a return is due to our error, or because the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed, we will provide return instructions and will cover reasonable return costs where required by law.
You must not return goods by a premium, expedited or specialist courier service without our prior written agreement if you expect us to reimburse the return cost.
We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, especially for higher-value items. You are responsible for the goods until they are received by us unless we arranged the return collection or return shipping service.
11. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.
For valid change-of-mind cancellations, we will refund:
- the price paid for the returned goods; and
- the standard outbound delivery charge, where applicable.
If you selected a premium or expedited delivery method, we only need to refund the cost of our standard delivery option.
We may reduce your refund if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them and their value has been reduced as a result.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
We will process refunds within 14 days after receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that you have returned them, whichever is earlier.
12. Exchanges
We may offer an exchange where:
- the item is faulty;
- the item was damaged on arrival;
- the item supplied was incorrect;
- the item was misdescribed;
- a suitable replacement is available.
For change-of-mind returns, exchanges are subject to stock availability and the returned item meeting the conditions in this policy.
To request an exchange, contact us at heritageparts@morgan-motor.co.uk
13. Sale, clearance and discounted items
Sale, clearance and discounted items are covered by your statutory rights.
We may refuse change-of-mind returns for sale, clearance or discounted items where the law allows, but this does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, misdescribed or not fit for purpose.
14. How to return an item
Before returning an item, please contact us at heritageparts@morgan-motor.co.uk
Once your return has been authorised, send the item to:

15. Lost or damaged return parcels
For change-of-mind returns, goods remain your responsibility until they are delivered to us.
If a returned item is lost or damaged in transit, you may need to claim from the courier you used. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.
Where we arrange the return shipping or collection, responsibility for transit will be handled in accordance with the service we arrange.
16. Late or missing refunds
If we have confirmed that a refund has been processed but you have not received it, please first check with your bank, card provider or payment provider, as processing times can vary.
If you still have not received your refund after allowing for normal processing times, contact us at heritageparts@morgan-motor.co.uk
17. Business and trade customers
If you are purchasing as a business, trader, garage, reseller or for commercial use, different terms may apply.
Consumer cancellation rights may not apply to business purchases. However, this does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law or any separate trade terms agreed with us in writing.
